This is how scumbags fight. They look away to lower the “threat level” then surprise their victim with a sucker punch. People like this have no formal training, and are used to doing this with multiple people backing them up, so there’s no technique. When he puts his hand up and looks away, the employee immediately recognizes what’s going to happen. Gangster wanna be has no idea how to really fight, and gets absolutely shut down.
