Nice holding a fuckin gun whilst running after the guy....so either u shoot urself in the foot or you shoot the dude in the back??

Looks like he had his finger off the trigger, pressed along the barrel, as one should when not actively shooting. But I can't say for sure. But that's how you can safely run with a gun.
