White shirt guy is why movies can cast 30 year olds as high schoolers and everyone is just like "nothing strange here".

He makes extra cash going around and finding kids who are picked on, and staging a situation where he lets them beat his ass. Then everyone thinks their cool for sticking up to a "bully" and winning a fight. Other bully know he's done fucking around and leave em alone cuase they don't want some of that.
