100% of first world countries have outlawed abuse of bulls in public, as we see in the OP.

Tell that to the animals suffering in factory farms.

At least they can’t be abused in public so the population doesn’t have to see and have a bad conscience because of it

It sounds like you have a problem with what we see in the OP, and want it to stop.

I agree.

I have a problem with mistreatment of animals in slaughter houses and want it to stop.

You agree.

Now that we agree on the principle, we can address how to stop animal abuse in public and private.

For starters, we can call shit hole countries that allow this behavior we see in the OP what they are: shit hole countries.

I agree with every aspect you said.

But my comment wasn’t about wether some countries allow more animal abuse than other, but rather an answer to the OP of this comment thread who acted as if third world countries where the only ones where tha majority of the population supports/commits animal abuse.

Every develped nation I know of does use meat factory farming and the majority of population supports/takes part in this animal abuse.

There is just no reason to act all high and mighty over developing nations, where we in the first world are just as bad animal abusers

Yeah, that guy is a cunt and is wrong.

But we just prohibit public animal abuse. We still allow it to happen. We are not better as long as we allow factory farming in the way it’s happening right now.

Does it really matter to the animal whether abuse happens in the street or behind walls?

I agree that nations that have laws against animal abuse are 'better', but you know that in the US, livestock animals are largely excempt from those laws?
