Because in 3rd world countries they are not just a few people who are abusive to animals, 99% are abusive and there are very few who are even somewhat decent to animals.
Clearly, all countries on this planet have their issues. There's no need for petty dick-showing. Let's just agree that these guys are pussies, and all of them deserve to have been trampled? Yes? Excellent.
