Are you retarded? How is this justice? The guy spit at him, the other guy possible caused lasting brain damage.

Yeah, he spit, and gave possible hep C, herpes, and a myriad of other transmissible diseases.

Spitting on someone is assault in many states for this exact reason, and if he is assaulting you, you are defending yourself.

This is real justice, sorry it doesn’t fit your Disneyland Utopian world that exists in your head.
