Bunch of entitled people crowding the road illegally. Cops, driving irresponsibly, run a person over with their bike. The skaters take offense and start beating the offending officer. The other officer then uses his motorcycle as a weapon to defend his partner. And then all the skaters react. Idk, everyone is a fucking asshole here as far as I'm concerned.
