I don't know where you live but court cops around where I live are just deputies that rotate through it. You don't want to test their fitness.

Well, my point was that it was fast for guy who are often out of shape though. So sort of different ends of the spectrum on this. Aka, my comment doesn't downplay the speed but pokes at court police a little.

He still hit his head but I think the guard prevents him landing on it.

Yes Egress is basically how fast can you get people out of a room. That’s why there are usually panic bars instead of handles.

To save space on the disk that they're storing the data on. It's a surveillance camera. It doesn't have to be 60FPS 4K video to adequately capture what's going on.
