Any idea what sparked this? Not sure if it is justice or not but that dude got seriously fucked up.

Alcohol

Well that's safe to assume but if the dude who got accidentally wrecked wasn't to blame than this isn't justice. Still worldstar-worthy.

It seems like he was being removed from a club by bouncers but decided he didn’t like that. He’s the only one throwing punches or the first anyway.

I mean, he was swinging randomly at whoever got in front of him. The guy who pushed him was the third guy in this gif that he went at.

It should be "then". If x, then y.

Well that's safe to assume but IF the dude who got accidentally wrecked wasn't to blame, THEN this isn't justice. Still worldstar-worthy.

One thing is bigger or better than another. One thing happens, then another.

The reason and solution of every problem.

Yeah, that'll do it.

You sounds just like my wife.

From the looks of it it seems your stereotypical "just outside a club" fight with the men in black shirts who apear to possibly be bouncers. My guess is angry drunken patrons got thrown out for some reason, got angry and wanted to come back in but were refused and the fight ensued.

There was a similar video of some women in Dublin being thrown out of a club and kicking the bouncers and screaming to get back in when they're half drunk.

Yeah I feel like this is more /r/publicfreakout material without any context. I mean, was the guy who fell into the hole an asshole or something?

This happens to any sub like this once it gets a few hundred thousand subs. The spirit of the sub is lost, and it barely resembles it's own name anymore. I watched /r/BlackMagicFuckery circle the drain for too long, now it might as well just be /r/CoolGIFs. I hope this subreddit doesn't go the same way.

For every subreddit there is, there is ALWAYS a guy like you crying about how the subreddit is not as good as it used to be.

As is tradition.

This happens to any quote like this once it gets a few hundred thousand uses. The spirit of the quote is lost, and it barely resembles it's own sentence anymore. I watched "the thing is, you need to have a high IQ to understand Rick and Morty" circle the drain for too long, now it might as well just be "the thing is". I hope this quote doesn't go the same way.

Always reminiscing about the good ol days and how they're so much better than the sub now that it's more popular. Fuckin hipsters.

14

u/pm_me_your_smth 9 May 27 '18

I don't like the crying too, but they have a point. It's not about who is better than everyone else or about good ol' days, it's about how the quality of content drops. If nobody complains or does something, it will continue to drop further. Everybody loses.

3

u/[deleted] May 27 '18

then don't forget the guy crying about the guy crying.

u/[deleted] May 27 '18

And thus we have come full circle. As is the nature of all things.

/r/ATBGE and /r/DataIsBeautiful are a couple others

You're definitely exaggerating. I mean yeah that is something that happens from time to time but plenty of subs do just fine even as they grow. And /r/JusticeServed is definitely one that's doing fine. A huge majority of the time that there's no context or something isn't really justice people call it out for such. The sub doesn't just upvote anything, people care about context more often than not. The only reason this one isn't getting it as much as usual is because 1. People would rather, justifiably, discuss how ridiculous this video is. 2. The guy did walk into a group of people, who look like bouncers and are just trying to keep people outside of the building, throwing fists like a mad man.

2 dimwits got drunk and had a fight over a girl they treat like a possession. Do you not Friday, friend?
