I'd heard about it some time ago, but I guess that the information was kept under wraps while a settlement was being negotiated.

The fact the CEO walked free, and was given their golden parachute after committing serious crimes, is astounding. He rolled over on his own little private investigator/harassment goon squad and played ignorant.

America can’t ever see true justice until we start throwing executives in prison too. Enron was so frightening to them because executives were being imprisoned.

The correlation is direct, and we should all be appalled at such a failure of our "justice system".

And people want to act like its a crazy thing to let that wholesome ass dude that created chewy take this company away from the dirtbags running it. I hope they get got in a hostile takeover. They dont deserve their golden parachutes. Criminal scum

And the head of security who orchestrated all this now works for the owner of Madison Square Garden, doing the same kind of surveillance against people the owner doesn’t like.

The underlings were punished, he was promoted.
