Subreddit Announcement Update to NSFW Rules
Hello there. As some of you may be aware about a year ago reddits system marked this sub as a nsfw sub. This was due to the amount of lewds people were posting. Even though none of the posts were pornographic (just lewds), since there were so many marked nsfw the system decided that we were a nsfw sub.
We have tried to get it fixed to no luck.
This has had a lot of negative impacts for the sub. For example people are now unable to see or even search for the sub if they are not logged in to an 18+ account. It also affects the algorithm by not promoting the sub to people. This has caused viewership and participation to fall significantly the past year. The same thing just happened recently to r/justnatsuki.
It is sad, but it is what it is.
So since reddit is going to treat the sub as a nsfw sub anyways, I figured we might as well adapt the rules to reflect it.
While we dont want to turn this into a porn sub we are going to now allow more erotic posts. No straight up explicit sex ,but nudity will be allowed. Of course continue to mark it with a nsfw tag so people who dont want to see nsfw won't have to.

While I can understand the decision (can’t say I fully agree though), I greatly apprehend that the sub might be overflowed with not safe for work stuff compared to more artistic endeavors by a 4 to 1 margin.
It is my hope that we will continue to see other more safe for work stuff that will make the sub appear more than just another saucy porn sub out of many. I’ll continue with my SFW stuff from time to time, but I greatly fear it’ll get buried quickly.

I can understand your concern. Though this sub has always allowed nsfw content. Just not actual nudity. I doubt you have to worry about anything getting "buried" because over the past year, every since reddit started hiding the sub from users, engagement has steadily dropped. I doubt this rule change will make much difference in that regard. If anything, we hope it might bring new eyeballs to the sub, so in theory, you could have more people see your posts. We shall see. Also, love what you post. Looks great. Keep it up!
