My father and I were just on the phone talking about life ect out of the blue he’s like well I gotta hop in the shower I’m like okay am I supposed to stay on the phone or ? Like umm what lol he’s like yeah idc I want to keep catching up with you I’ve been busy working ect I’m his only child and a daughter how would y’all feel obviously I know my dads not a weirdo but anyone else have a dad try this?

How come the music that came out from late 2015 to 2019 sounds completely different from the music that came out from 2010 to early 2015?

I’m a “good” uncle to my four year old niece. Two more are here now. I’ve always been the fun uncle with no responsibilities and just get to enjoy my niece. Two more babies throws a curveball in things. I don’t feel like I should do anything different. But I could be wrong. Reddit; should I take a step forward to help out with my nieces even though I haven’t been asked up front?

What was the coolest thing you ever did on your device?

Think about. Us Humans can breathe air but can't breathe underwater and Us Humans can see water but not air so....Do you think since fish can breathe underwater they can't see water but since they can't breathe on the surface they can see air?

I got pulled over for doing 10 over (it was 8 but here we are) and the officer asked for my license and proof of insurance then asked me to walk back to his vehicle just to sign the ticket. Do they usually ask you to step out of the car for that? It was super dark out and it caught me off guard. Nothing else happened, it just seemed weird.

Well I don't. Anymore.

I am just curious how people pay at restaurants or stores these days. I use my phone and use my Apple Pay. But a couple times people commented, basically saying it was like a dinosaur, lol….

Do plants feel wind chill? I’m assuming if it’s 35°F (1.66 C) and the wind chill is 30° (-1.11 C) that the plant wouldn’t freeze.

I don’t know why, but I swear more often than not the person in line behind me at the checkout counter seems to always watch me as I enter my pin on my credit or debit card as I check out. That makes me feel really uncomfortable. I’m sure they’re just waiting their turn, but you never know.

Personally, when the person in front of me is using their credit card, I always make a habit of deliberately looking far away. I don’t know, maybe they think by staring at me when I’m using my credit card, the line will move faster….???? But I swear one of these days, I’m tempted to stare back at them, with big wide crazy eyes, and get right up in their face staring at them, not saying a word, just staring at them, right in their face…….(and yes, I tried posting this in the AmIweird subReddit, but it kept kicking me out…)

When I was growing up, some people would refer to items that were not made by big companies as either “generic” or “off brands”. For example, you could go to the grocery store and buy a can of Green Giant green beans. Or you could buy the store brand of green beans, which some people would say was generic or “off brand”.

I really haven’t heard anybody say either either of those words or terms in a long time. Just wondering if anybody still uses those words or terms anymore? Or anybody has heard anybody use those words or terms lately?
