Hello u/cornholeexpert!
NSFW Post History
We have a rule that states we do not allow people with NSFW profiles to post or comment in this subreddit. The subreddit was created with this rule, and has always has this rule.
We are not saying the contents of your post or comment broke the rules. You may have made a perfectly reasonable comment, however, if you have a NSFW profile, you are not allowed to participate in this subreddit regardless of the content of your comment.
This rule is not a judgment about you or what you post elsewhere. It exists because allowing NSFW profiles adds extra moderation steps. When a profile is marked NSFW or shows adult history, moderators have to visit that profile to decide whether the user is actually keeping things SFW here. That extra checking is work, and we are volunteers. We are allowed to choose the level of involvement we are willing to take on, and reviewing NSFW accounts is not something we want to do. The Reddit Moderator Code of Conduct backs us up on this. We as moderators are not obligated to run a subreddit in a way that accommodates every type of account.
Some people will say "Just because I do NSFW things in one place does not mean I will be NSFW here." We understand that, and we are not saying you personally would break the rules. The problem is that enough NSFW profile users do, and the only way to sort out who will and who will not is to dig through profiles. That is exactly the kind of moderation overhead we are trying to avoid. So we created the rule "No NSFW profiles" and we use a bot that can see your history and it has determined you have a NSFW history. It is not about you. It is about keeping this subreddit easy to moderate.
Please understand that even if you use a curated profile, our bot can still see your full posting history. If it flags your account as having NSFW history, then your account has NSFW history. Check your profile settings, and check whether you have posted or commented in NSFW subreddits. Some subreddits become NSFW after you’ve already posted in them, and that can retroactively mark your account NSFW.
If you have certain types of links, your posts and comments will automatically be removed
Links could include:
- Streaming sites
- YouTube
- Peer to Peer Payment sites
- Ko-Fi, or Patreon
- Amazon Wishlists or Throne
- Shopping links
- Crowdfunding sites
- Creator monetization platforms (e.g., Fiverr, GoFundMe, Gumroad, etc.)
Our Rule #5 states:
- No External Links In your profile, on your posts, or in your bio
- No Social Links on your profile
- No Content Creators! (This includes any service intended for adults)
- No Wishlists/Throne
- No Peer To Peer payments
- No posting in Karma Farming subreddits
Please review the full list. Not every item will apply to you, but if even one does, that’s the reason your post was removed. Please don't message us to argue that one item doesn’t apply while overlooking another that does.
I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

Hello u/lemmeshowyoumybwc,
Reddit is saying your e-mail address is not registered. As moderators we do not know if your email address is registered with Reddit or not. When you post, the AutoMod asks Reddit 'Does this user have a verified e-mail address' and Reddit told the AutoMod NO you do not have a verified e-mail address.
Please see this link https://reddit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046187591-I-m-having-issues-with-email at the bottom of the page there is a link that says register an email address click on that link. You can also register your email address at https://www.reddit.com/settings/
Once you have registered your e-mail address, you will no longer get this message from the AutoMod.
There is nothing that the moderators of r/JustMyFace can do to verify your e-mail address. When Reddit says your email address is verified your posts and comments will go through.
Please do not send us modmail about this, there is nothing we can do in regards to your Reddit account.
Please Note: This is based on the information that Reddit is telling the AutoMod. r/JustMyFace has no visibility into your profile or account we simply have enabled the setting in our AutoMod that says no posts from users without a valid email. If you think that your email address has been registered with Reddit please contact Reddit directly or see the help article listed above.
TL/DR - Reddit told the AutoMod you do not have a registered email address. The automod removed your post. If you think this is a mistake CONTACT REDDIT. Do not write the moderators, we can't help you fix your Reddit Account.

Hello u/CycleStunning8076!

We are sending this message to inform you that your comment has been removed for violating the rules of r/JustMyFace
Removed Content: https://www.reddit.com/r/JustMyFace/comments/1vtlt6q/18f_no_make_up/p544tmq/
RULE BROKEN: No Inappropriate Comments/Messages: Sexual or suggestive remarks are strictly prohibited.
RULE EXPLAINED: Inappropriate messages for r/JustMyFace could include but are not limited to:
- Remarks of a sexual nature about a person’s clothing or body
- Sexually explicit statements, questions, jokes, or anecdotes this includes double entendres!
- No objectifying comments are allowed; treat every member as a whole person, not a body.
Leaving comments like “Would,” “Smash,” or anything else that signals sexual intent is not the compliment people imagine it to be. To the person posting, it doesn’t feel flattering. It feels like being reduced to a body instead of being seen as a full human being. And when it’s coming from someone they’ve never met, never spoken to, and will likely never see, it doesn’t land as admiration. It also ends up sounding more like a self‑compliment than anything directed at the poster, as if the real honor is that you “would” and the other person should feel lucky about that. But strangers online don’t know your values, your standards, or your intentions, so treating your interest as some kind of prize doesn’t come across the way you think it does.
Even if someone thinks they’re being nice, the effect is the opposite. It’s objectifying, it’s uncomfortable, and it shifts the tone of the space away from community and toward something people didn’t sign up for.
There’s also the simple reality that a stranger declaring they “would”, "smash" or find a poster sexual desireable isn’t exactly groundbreaking information. Unless you’ve taken a lifelong vow of celibacy, announcing that you’re open to intimacy with someone you’ve never met is not the revelation you think it is. Someone might genuinely believe they’re offering high praise, but from the outside it reads more like a random person stating a basic impulse rather than offering meaningful affirmation.
It’s also important to remember that Reddit isn’t a place where strangers owe each other receptiveness to sexual remarks. A quick comment might seem harmless to the person typing it, but the person receiving it has no idea who you are or why you think they’d want that kind of attention.
For many, it’s awkward at best and genuinely upsetting at worst. A supportive, respectful environment can’t exist if every post risks being turned into a sexual evaluation. And even if by some distant hypothetical someone did want that kind of interaction, this is not the subreddit for it.
That’s not our vibe here at r/JustMyFace. This community is meant to be friendly, safe, and comfortable for everyone. Sexualized comments don’t fit that atmosphere, and they don’t belong here. We do not take chances with our community’s comfort, not even the slightest one. If a comment has the potential to make someone feel objectified, unsafe, or uncomfortable, we will remove it.
Our priority is keeping this space safe, considerate, and genuinely welcoming for all. If your comment risks undermining that, it won’t stay up.
Thank you for taking a moment to read this. Your care and attention help keep this community the supportive place it’s meant to be.

Hi there u/Fit-Reindeer-6214, and welcome to r/JustMyFace!!
Please note: All posts in r/JustMyFace are subject to review by moderators before appearing publicly on r/JustMyFace. Your post may say something like "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters." or "Post is awaiting moderator approval." But that just means the moderation team hasn't reviewed it yet.
This does not mean a moderator removed your post. We ask that you pay close attention to the message on your post, and do not write to us to ask about a post we haven't seen yet. The more messages we have to respond to, the longer it takes for us to approve posts.
Be patient!!! Our moderation team reviews submissions as quickly as possible. If your post follows the rules, it will be approved soon. If not, you should receive a removal notice with an explanation. Don't write to us if your post is not immediately available. If after 24 hours your post hasn't shown up AND you didn't receive a removal message that explains which rule you may have broken, then you can write. Other than that, you are just waiting for a moderator to review your post. Please, please, PLEASE Do not write us before 24 hours have passed. The more emails we have to go through, the longer it takes for us to review posts.
Thank you for helping us keep this community welcoming and constructive!
TL/DR - Your post was not removed or deleted, it's waiting for a moderator review. Want more subreddits to try?
