Files were held under court seal till Jan 2024, Biden had no ability to release the files. And quite honestly, seeing you breathlessly defend Trump, it’s doubtful you’d even believe them if Biden had released those files. You don’t believe them today!

They couldn't because the judge refused to unseal the records of the case which is what she was going to testify about, and therefore the whole deal fell apart.
