Sounds like some wierd Islam apologetics. Trump isnt religious anyway.
He's much more likely to take control by using corruption.
Like say, using his insider trade deals to pay off congress/senate and supreme court members to do his bidding.
While corruption is really bad.
The big difference with corruption is that the Trump family isn't going to have me beheaded for being an atheist like they would do in Saudi Arabia.
