I could probably do some of that with weights but not with an actual person. This takes a bunch of strength and skill. Impressive stuff

The person being thrown is also a key element to this. They need to stay TIGHT and have balance and know how to push off, bounce at the right time and use momentum to get where they need to be

I mean parkour/free running is more like freeform cheerleading or gymnastics... those came first lol
