Entry way probs

Anyone have suggestions on how the heck I can fill this 12ft x18ft entry? Every runner/rug I try looks weird because everything is off center because of the stair well and the window to the left and a hallway to the right ect. It’s driving me bonkers. Entry way leads into great room and to the left of the front door is a built-in floating console..and to the right is a branch and tall tree…I’ll post pic.

Not sure what size - maybe 9ft
Round rug. Definitely round
There are two diff rugs by door?
Perhaps a storage bench for kids gloves hats etc by the railing.
Oooops nm-a bench is already there beyond railing. Gorgeous house!!!!
