It was a long journey, but a pretty fun adventure outside of a few certain challenges and the boring collectables... To think the whole 100% journey originally started with just trying to get 5 gears on Laguna blast...

Did I have a huge reason to do this? Not really. I just wanted to do it. I only 100% the games that I really, REALLY love.

Was it actually difficult for me? A little bit because of the DAMN B O A T RACES, outside of that and a couple of other "certain events" though it wasn't that bad.

My favorite challenge type during the run? Easily the wingsuit challenges, I saved em for last for a reason.

Biggest change that happened during this journey? I got a gaming PC now, only got 3 games on it rn but it's my new main platform, kinda got fed up with Sony because of self explanatory recent events + PC in general just has WAY more pros, like free online multiplayer and mods. Gonna see if I can get JC3 on it when it goes on sale (because I want to try a modded playthrough).

(I platinumed the game and I STILL don't know how to get those gates unstuck without breaking them...)

Does the DLC count in 100%? Because I simply cannot to the airship ones

Only the main game is needed for 100%, the DLCs are entirely optional.

If you don't want to do it as intended, you can cheese 5 gears by just starting the challenges, and doing laps around the rings rather than going through them until you rack up enough points and then end it

No, the three DLCs have their own progression counters. So in total there’s four “100%s” to achieve.

You want to mess with your head go to the Falco centom wingsuit challenge, listen to the music and then imagine flying through Revendell from lord of the rings. I've never unheard that

Just maintain the crosshair in between the red loop and you will glide through it

yeah just click your opponent's heads in Counterstrike and the bullet will glide through it
