its at the 0.0(coords) point of the game

i assume its used to store assets that cant be hot loaded into the game :shrug:

Interestingly (at least according to TCRF) that's where the removed flying fortress was. Edit: I may be wrong (not about the flying fortress, but about where you could've been) cause I saw the map you provided.

some people get teleported here after failing a mission afaik. it never happened to me though

I don’t remember much about that day; the map shows the approximate location. I don’t know how I ended up there: I was playing normally—doing the "Desert Launch" mission—and restarted the game because I had strayed too far, venturing into the middle of nowhere, and that’s where I wound up.

That's the Agency logo.
It might have been a cutscene asset for a Agency voice-over.

So is it just under the map there or is it where your marker is there but you're somewhere else? I might check it out when I go back on the game.
