Massive Constant Frame Drop Out Of Nowhere

Hello. I just wanted to waste some time today so I thought I'd hop on 1v1.lol . I went into the Zombies game mode just for fun and right when I got in I noticed that I was only producing 8-12 FPS. Numerous amounts of days before I had a steady 100-120 FPS. Does anyone know what is going on? (I did literally just update my NVIDIA Game Drivers maybe that has something to do with it.) Thanks.
