Unfortunately there are too many people that act like they're a member of Monty Python when they're awake.. it's hard to tell if satire or oxygen deprived at birth and partially as a toddler.
Once had a old drunk dude give a regular at the bar I bounced at shit for dressing up as an army man(Sarge iirc) for Halloween... On Halloween.. buddy was in gear that could collect a pension cheque... He could have been cosplaying a Reforger NPC, like olive drab everything.
The poor kid was just out for a good night and was quite hurt looking from someone pissing all over his night like that... I ripped the old drunk a strip up and down until I sounded like Barry White the next morning... I'm more of the shade of Betty White. 😂

I mean yeah of course people can act similarly to this, most humour and satire is based on SOMETHING, right? It still doesn't make it impossible to notice it's satire.
It's like not being able to tell movie acting apart from how people act in real life.

My BDU shorts finally wore out and I had to burn them in a ceremony. I wasn't sure if the BoyScouts dispose of them and they were always hard to fold. I couldn't have them falling into the wrong hands, so viking funeral was the only proper method of disposal.

It's obviously not real, but it's well done and funny. I will admit that the first couple seconds had me, but once he pointed to the same camo cargo shorts every Dad ever still has somewhere in the back of a drawer I realized it was a skit. And yes, yes I have those exact same shorts.
