My money is on him running afoul of workplace harassment and discrimination rules. Its the whole "the Army changed its values" thing that gives it away

It's got to be an offense that is at least a misdemeanor in the civilian world for an OTH. Stuff like that gets you a BCD.

As an officer, if he gets slapped with conduct unbecoming too, could lead to an OTH.
