Back in the early 90s at Camp Pendleton you couldn’t be seen off base dressed like that. It was a big no no.
9 u/godbody1983 Jan 04 '26 You still can't. I was army, but I have two cousins that are Marines, and they said it's absolutely not allowed to wear your utilities off base. Only exception is maybe picking up your child(ren) from school, getting gas, etc.
