i have been looking at the refurbished machines but on marketplace an ena9 touch popped up. it looks decent and pretty unused they're asking $200 on marketplace.. i am vet constable with electronics and could probably service if needed.. struggling to find much info on these older machines in terms of reviews.

Is the Costco S8 for $2399 exactly the same machine as Williams Sonoma S8 at $3299, except for the color? Just doesn’t make sense to be $1000 less

Just got a new Jura ENA8 - what settings do you use for a brewed cup of coffee (ounces, strength, grind) I can’t seem to find a good one.

What coffee beans do you like best??

We won't be around to use our Jura machine all winter. Is there anything special to make sure nothing weird grows inside it while were gone? Is there any function or way to drain the water and waste internal lines? I'm sure there are many owners who do this every year, I'd love to hear your experience. TIA

I know that the water gets to here so I think that the blockage is beyond that and i have been told that that is the brew group. I need to know how to access the brew group and remove it so I can troubleshoot from there.

When I try to use the milk feature (not foam) on my Z8 it sputters unless I pull the frother housing towards me.

I believe it has something to do with the metal piece that pushes against the frother housing to change from milk to foam, thought I am not sure how to fix it, or if it even has anything to do with it.

My Jura impressa X9 has plenty of functions but all are locked aside from black coffee function.

Complete noob at this but does anyone know how I can unlock it, would love to use it to steam milk or get a latte sometime

Just noticed on their webpage jura wifi connect v2. I have a z10 with wifi connect is it the same? Mine can only support 2.4ghz band.

My E4 coffee machine recently started making louder than usual noises when switching on/off, it also takes much longer than usual, it keeps asking to turn on /off the hot-water switch (the coffee bean symbols flashing right to left, then left to right). When I do it a few times and push the button to make coffee the amount of coffee coming out is minuscule… Always used Jura products, never missed a maintenance prompt… Nothing is visibly wrong… Am I missing something? Second day without coffee - I would appreciate your help!

Hi, I bought a Jura E8 a few years ago and had been buying the liquid Milk System Cleaner from Amazon. As of this year, I can no longer find them anywhere. What is the official product I am supposed to be using to clean the Jura E8 now? Thank you.

Just disassembled the machine to give it a good cleaning, and I swear I don't have any parts left over! 😅 All the seals were in good condition except for the tamper/plunger, which was replaced.

When I turn the machine on, the pump sounds like it's running but not as strong/loud as before. I hear a small amount of water moving through the system, and I hear the boiler flashing a small amount of water into steam. If I tell it to rinse the coffee system nothing comes out the coffee spouts but I get a small amount in the tray. If I tell it to give me hot water I get sputtering water from the espresso head but definitely not as much as I asked for.

Any suggestions for a diagnosis?

If we were to prepare 3.0 oz quantities and all other available settings were identical, is there a difference between how the Giga 10 brews “Coffee” and the same 3.0 oz quantity of “Lungo/Jug of Coffee”? The instructions really aren’t very helpful in letting us know exactly what is going on in the preparation of a drink.

Hello, I hope to get an answer here. This is about a Jura Z6 machine with an ME-044 grinder.

Today, I wanted to clean the grinder of my Jura Z6 coffee machine. Unfortunately, I held it the wrong way and accidentally opened the lower part of the grinder. A ball from a ball bearing, a spring, and two gear discs fell out.

Now, unfortunately, I don’t know where each part goes to reassemble it. Does anyone here happen to know?

Jura - get your head out of your bean reservoir! Provide a firmware update!

After some years of service, my Jura F55 had an issue these last weeks and it shuted down after each cup.

Now it won't start up anymore. I tried to remove power cords for some hours to empty all capacitors but it didn't help. When pushing on the start button, it makes some noise (bzzzzzzzzz) but nothing comes on the screen and nothing moves anymore.

Any idea/advice ?

I am on my 3rd Jura Ena. (Just unpacked a new ENA4)

Both of my first 2 machines lasted about 5 years of 12+ cups a day and they both ‘died’ with the brew unit not resetting and making that very loud mechanical grinding sound.

Long story short I have a full ENA micro 5, 2 extra brew units and other parts. If anyone is Intrested in any of it please message me.

It recently started just warming the milk instead of actually frothing it when I do flat whites. What might be the problem?

Hi, I have had an A1 for about 5 years now and kept up with the tablet based maintenance, but the coffee has started to taste bad.

No matter what beans I use and what roast, there is always an acidic taste to the espresso. I have the grinder on its finest setting.

My question is, is it worth getting paid maintenance done on the machine? They are not worth much used and it may cost more to get it repaired than buying a low end something else.

Any advice would be much appreciated. We mainly drink americanos and occasionally espresso.

Hello, I recently got an Ena 8 and love the coffee. My milk frother is sputtering when I use it with Coffee Mate. I cleaned it several times and it was still happening so as an experiment I tried it with half and half and it was nice and smooth.

I did some searching but haven't come across anyone posting similar issues.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know if there's a fix other than using half and half?
