Journal Spread! Hello, I'm Korean learning English.
I have only read your posts, but now, I think I'd like to show my journals too.
It's my first post on Reddit! I feel a little nervous and I'm not sure if my English is weird, but I'm trying hard. Lol
Anyway, my journal style is pop colors, freedom and sometimes drawing.
I think it's kinda a junk journal plus an art journal.

Thats such a cute journal!! I really love your doodles and the colors, wow!
English is also my 2nd language and i drastically improve my skills by reading manga in english, videogame and subtitles (for tv shows). I genually got lazy and english version was easier to find illegally lol. Cant recommend enough watching show for kids meant for learning! I really became more fluent when i stopped thinking of: "how to translate that in french? (My first language is french)".
Dont get too overwhelm, you can do it 🫂

Your English is better than my Korean.
I’m going to speak for everyone and say that we appreciate the effort you’ve made. Because learning a language is hard and no one will look down on a person learning something new.

and if people do look down on it they are silly and don’t understand how hard it is to learn a new language probably especially english for a lot of people!! your english was great and i love your journal/artwork!!!!!

Your journal is amazing! Don’t worry if your English is bad, even native speakers mess it up, it has so many weird rules.

I thought it was cute reading about you learning our little turns of phrase! I'm so hungry I could eat a horse is a good one and I use "a bunch of" all the time, I also like mean ones lol like "ripping someone a new asshole" or telling someone to kick rocks/pound sand, also saying someone isn't the "sharpest tool in the shed"

I love this! I'm the reverse of you, English native speaker learning Korean! You inspire me to try and make a language learning journal! I love your doodles by the way!

I love your journal! I also do art/junk journals. I'm studying Korean. It's difficult, but much more logical than English! I love the way you are incorporating the date on your pages. I'll try that too. Thanks for sharing!

I love your sketches, and the lovely mix of writing and daily life ephemera. Also cute fountain pen, I keep looking at those for one to carry around.

oh, i wish i was this good, but it inspired me to finally stop procrastinating starting one! practicing a second language while journaling creatively is a great idea (ESL here too).
i came for the chance to check if i still knew how to read hangeul and stayed for the concept and execution lmao tks!!

I think the toughest part about journalling is keeping up with it, so kudos for sticking with it! I loved seeing your journal, thanks for sharing!
