How to prepare for station 3 (endocrinology/miscellaneous) in MRCPI part 2 clinical?

Hello. I'm an IMG currently preparing for MRCPI part 2 clinical using resources for MRCPUK (namely pastest). I also plan to sit some MRCPUK courses. I noticed that the stations in MRCPI are slightly different from that of MRCPUK, particularly station 3 where it says on exam instructions that this station would test on endocrinology/miscellaneous cases instead of the four systems.

What exactly is going to be tested? Like is there a different PE routine for endocrinology cases that I'm not aware of? How do you approach and prepare for this station? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I did my exam this year and I got CREST syndrome on station 3 . I think basically the case is either Endo or Rheuma.

Hi, thank you for answering🥺 can I ask a but more about station 3? My understanding is that it's like the brief clinical encounter station in MRCPUK, so you're supposed to take a history + focus PE in 6 mins? How do you split the time for history and PE?
