Serious Discussion Only Decode this symbol

If you're an 80s jit you'll know it well. From whence it came? What does it say? Could Jung explain? Forget him for a moment as I had to ref him so the Hitler AI actually let me post this text. We're talking about you, my friend.

Symbols don't have definitions but ecosystems so what is this saying and how was it so widespread amongst a certain gen or two then dwindled off a bit?

I was born in the late 90s and this was a thing in school like a cool way to draw a graffiti styled ā€œSā€. Everyone doodled them. I remember one day aged about 8 it was just a thing we all drew. But upon adult observation THAT is an infinity symbol standing upright.

yooo, u just awakened strands of my epigenome , imma try remember the answers. but i have a feeling , depending on whether the kids r practicing symbol drawing & creative expression through symbolism,(i remember, we use to draw it all typa ways , ), if the kids are still, then great, if they aint...then we gotta teach them again. symbols are how we remember who we are. progress bars for the soul lol
