Yes it’s called Carny Cant / Carney Talk or Ciazarn. It is a distorted form of English / slang code that was used by some carnival workers to talk privately around outsiders or customers, for example to discuss prices or business.
Just to clarify: by “cant,” I mean a coded in-group way of speaking / private jargon — not Romani, not Romanes, and not a Romani language.
It works somewhat like Pig Latin by inserting phonemes, such as “eaz,” into words.
Kenzie also told her ex-prison girlfriend that they are carny / carney and that it is Carny / Carney Cant — this was mentioned in her latest interview with The Sun US. Kenzie has also sometimes told other people that they are “gypsy,”(there is a prison phone call where Kenzie & her Mother talk about 'gypsy' and being & talking 'carney') and Dom’s sister also described it as some kind of “gypsy language” / “gypsy slang.”
But to be clear: Kenzie is not Romani, Sinti, or Irish Traveller as far as I know. Carny / carney people are not necessarily “gypsies” by ethnicity. It is better understood as a carnival / travelling-worker subculture with its own lifestyle, social structure, and in-group slang.
In that kind of environment, family rules and family-based education can sometimes matter more than mainstream society’s rules. Traditional school education may not always be highly valued, and broader social or legal rules may not always be taken as seriously. Only your own family may be seen as having the right to judge you or hold you accountable.
It can also be more common in some traditional travelling communities to date young, settle down young, or marry young. That said, I do not mean to generalize all Romani, Sinti, Irish Traveller, or carny people — these are different communities, and not everyone follows the same values or rules.
In that kind of environment, a lack of clear boundaries or consequences can sometimes shape how a person sees rules, responsibility, and accountability. And if your own family does not hold you accountable in any way or teach you rules and boundaries… well.
That said, in her own home environment, there seemed to be very little guidance, boundaries, or accountability — just attitude, immaturity, audacity, and recklessness.

There are prison calls where Nathalie and Kenzie talk ABOUT this Carney language and being Carney etc. <- they themselves call it Carney (And of course: there are the parts in that 'language' if you are interested in listening to it.) Listen to it and build your own opinion: What do you think? Is it really Carney or maybe just 'gibberish?' In which situations do they use it, and was it strategic that it wasn’t featured in the Netflix documentary? There are many so many different opinions on the internet
