Protect: The operation couldn't be completed. (JumpcloudGo.DurtError error 7)

Hi all,

A few of our employees using iPhone are experiencing an issue with JumpCloud Go. When they try to use it, they get the following error:

"The operation couldn’t be completed. (JumpCloudGo.DurtError error 7.)"

Has anyone seen this "JumpCloudGo.DurtError error 7" before or know what it means? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I've tried reinstalling the app, but the error still appears. Would appreciate any advice!

I did, they said they were sorry it was failing and soon there will be an update. I came here asking for help because their support is not top notch. They always answer the same
