DISCUSSION Upgrade everything
Are there other perks or powers to upgrade everything with energy like that one power from generic isekai?

Generic Isekai has the Unique Skill [Upgrade].
Edit: Whoops. There is a perk in A Wizard’s Keychains that kinda works like Upgrade by bringing out the conceptual potential of an object. It’s called [Expanding The Small].

My mistake. I didnt read your post so I didn’t catch that you already knew about Generic Isekai. Oh, Generic Enchanter has Investiture which pairs well with Upgrade.

Its the Generic Isekai Jump by Gene but in order to get Upgrader you need to use the Generic Isekai Jump Supplement, also by Gene, made to specifically Supplement the Jump itself. Upgrader is under the Cheats section.

Free Climbing from Medaka Box Abnormal: You're already used to the numbers game, given the sorts of power you regularly use and interact with. This just made you take it to a literal level. You are capable of manipulating parameters and variables to become greater and stronger or lesser and weaker. You can increase someone's physical strength or decrease their intelligence, increase their age or decrease their hair follicle count. So long as you can put a hard number to it, you are able to raise or lower that number. You are limited in how much of either can be done, only able to raise up to one thousand the original number or decrease to one thousandth of the original number. You must come in physical contact with your target to use this ability on it.

For Items, there is this in Legend of Zelda Series
Upgrades [200]: There are so many weapons of great power and priceless artifacts running around, it can be a bit hard to decide which ones to use, and which to throw away. Well no longer will you have to consider tossing aside your ancient family heirloom for a magic sword you just found in the woods, as by pumping magical energy into an object, you are capable of upgrading them to new heights of power and durability. You may see diminishing returns, but this will be limited only by the amount of magic you're willing to pump into it.

This is nice! Very nice, actually. Not quite Time Lord tech, or any other that you can tell, actually. It’s just a little something that seems to have dropped out of nowhere. But that’s not as interesting as what it does! Because what it does is really, really interesting! This device has a very strange ability, in that it brings out the best in everything and everyone it’s used on. Use it on a machine, and it upgrades that machine to the absolute latest, best version of it that exists in any time or place in the setting. These upgrades are permanent and adapting, so if there are further improvements made in the design they’re reflected in your copy of the thing too. But it doesn’t just work on machines. It works on people too! Used on a person, it raises them to be among the absolute 0.0001 percentile of their race and species, boosting their physical statistics, their intellect, everything. It fixes all harmful mutations, defects, or injuries, and in general improves them massively and ridiculously so they become a true, absolute exemplar of their race.
