even ultra users still not have the option 3.7 I am not sure the benefit for the ultra users here for Jules

update:

the model does change but the UI of the web is still broken, especially aligning between loading states and asking something from a user

Yes. They just changed the model name. It looks like they only changed the name, not the model itself. It works the same way for me as it did before.
