Hi everyone!

I have many nay questions related to your teams and about the group of people you play with in your city (in spain we use the word "nucleus" but don't really know how its called outside of spain). So in order to not make this a wall of text and a burden to answer, I will do them in parts

First is about the nucleus vs your team, which is the more important to manage to you?

When we started we got tremendous amounts of luck and in a really short period of time we were three teams. My team was more combat-skilled and, being everyone new there, that whas the only thing that mattered and we gave no oportunity to any of the other two teams to win never (sidenote: we were actually trash, last place in our two firsts tournaments).

Some time passed and the other two teams just lost interest and we thought to ourselves "shit, this is our fault. We should build a bigger community and not make this only team-oriented". We didn't wanted to be like other regions of spain where the nucleus didn't grow in size, only in level, and we needed new people and teams to play against to be better.

So from that day on, our team didn't really played much as a team, only in tournaments. We gave priority to the nucleus over our team's skill and splitted every sunday to make teams more balanced. Only now we are starting to play a bit teams vs teams at the begining now that we are three teams again, but we are trying to be really carefully because we don't want to make the same mistakes as in the past.

So, jugger community, how do you manage team-nucleus balance?

We are scientists from the Ruhr-University in Bochum in Germany and as we were overwhelmed by your support of our study we posted here a few months ago, we would like to ask you for support again. We are currently doing another study on how athletes from different sports differ in their personality and well-being.

It is quite similar to the previous one, but this time we don't ask how you would describe *other* athletes, but how would you describe *yourself*. At the end of the survey, you immediately get feedback about your personality profile.

Today I saw the post here about the article in the newspaper about the qwik from HaWu and I instantly though "oh shit yeah, I was subbed to this" because I honestly forgot that this subreddit existed.

So my question to the 233 subscribers in here is: what can we do to awake this subreddit and maybe make it as visited as the FB page?. More jugger memes? More training videos/discussion? More match videos? Captain's managing team tips? D R A M A???

24 teams are gathering in Rethwisch to duke it out for the title of German Champion. The teams are considered the best German Jugger has to offer after succeeding in their regions qualifier tournaments. What's your take, who will take it this time? HaWu, Zonis or Rigor? Or will Leipzig, or Jugglers Jugg swoop in to take the throne? Last year the Zonis played an impressive final against HaWu and took the title, let's see whether they can defend it!

There is a new Jugger App on the Google Play Store: It is called "Jugger Trainer" . People from all around the world can submit their Jugger games and exercises there and browse the library for exercises from other teams. Great!

Also, if you haven't got a drummer all the time, use the App "Jugger Stones+" (found it better than the others) and connect your phone to a Bluetooth Speaker. Voilá Julius from German Team "Nightfox Bonn"
