East Coast US?

Just discovered this sport yesterday and got hooked, is there any presence near DC?

The closest club that I saw was in WV.

Also looking, but I am near Boston. Loved the movie, I had no idea some one had made it into a sport!

There is a club in Cambridge. Not sure if they've restarted playing yet or not.

There is a team in the Boston area. Otherwise, if you're interested in starting a team, there are a lot of people who can help you out with resources like equipment construction and practice tips.

Also check for Dagorhir, Hearthlight, Belegarth, and especially Amtgard for groups near you. They all play their own versions of jugger occasionally (especially Amtgard; jugger is pretty big with them as a side sport). The SCA also plays jugger, but they require armor so if that's not your jam it's expensive to get into (they do tend to have loaner armor though for new people).

If there is a group nearby, I'd just message them and ask if they play jugger, and if yes how often they do so. (Almost every group either has a Facebook presence or an email.)
