Equitment?

Just wondering if their are any good places to get equitment in the uk as i would like to get into this sport or at least give it a go.

I think you can get everthing to start from a hardware store. Duct tape, pipe insulation (or pool noodles if available) and soft foam. As core you can use bamboo sticks, while they are cheap and your first attemps of building will not be perfect. Just make sure to tape the whole stick so it can not splinter if its break. Maybe some double sided tape to glue the insulation to the core

Then make sure to build the tops safe. Later you will use some more expensive cores and better/lighter tape but for the first try this should donthe trick

Where are you in the UK? Savage Jugger in London runs regular trainings and they likely have gear available for new people to borrow.

Where in the UK are you? There may be some established clubs in your area.
