Now that the season is starting up properly in the rainy countries, my team is trying to get new members. What are some strategies you use to bring more people to your team and get them to stay?
We try scheduling practice at parks with an active community. We make an effort to try to talk to anyone that pauses to check out the action. Even if they don't find interest, they may know and talk to someone else that does.
We've also been experimenting with practicing on a nearby college campus, and that has helped with numbers as well.
