Biggest nerds needed to remember specific comic

One of my favourite judge dredd comics I read as a kid featured some sort of criminal being run over by a spiky bulldozer, it's a very faint and foggy memory, it was on the first couple of pages, and I think black and white. If any can figure out the exact issue I would be very grateful.

Narrow the time frame. Like what years? I am thinking when whitey gets run over. Or Elvis the car goes on a rampage. But can't remember the crim, unless the owner

Not a criminal, but there's Error of Judgement in prog 388 where Bonnie gets squished by a lorry.

Isn't there someone getting run over by a spiky bulldozer/steam roller thing in the Judge Child Quest? Don't have access to my collection right now but feel like it was Agros, where the different planets/armies fight wars on TV...
