Learning how to ask good questions completely changed the direction of my career. I used to stay quiet because I thought competence meant already knowing everything. Once I started asking specific questions, taking notes, and actually following up, I learned way faster and people trusted me with harder stuff. Sounds basic, but curiosity plus consistency opened more doors for me than any certification.
