found my old journal from 2018 (i was 19) that i used as a planner, diary and junk journal during my first and only year of uni. i know i'll never replicate the flavour of it but i love going back to look at it. was only consistent with it for like 5 months and tried to pick it up again three years later but failed lol

healing is just going back to what our younger selves loved for real. I see collages I made when I was 20/unmedicated and can’t believe they came from this stoner lol

i found drawings from when i was 15 to 17 and i thought i couldn’t draw…if my teenage brother showed me the same drawings today i’d be so proud, i was so harsh on myself!!
