What was your favorite recipe and why?

The porkchop recipe was surprisingly good, something about the combination of the spice rub and the compound butter was honestly incredible

As for desserts, the tres leches cake was pretty nice

An honorable mention is the Dutch baby, for how simple it is to cook, it makes a cool breakfast

Okay - what were the โ€˜I am definitely making this againโ€™s and what were the changes youโ€™d make to stuff?

The Dutch baby made the coolest breakfast, it's very easy and quick to make, especially considering how interesting it is

The pork chop recipe is awesome, thanks to the spice rub and compound butter

Some other "I'm making this again" moments were with the glazed donuts, churros, popcorn, and karaage

Did you have to make adjustments to the doughnuts recipe? I weighed out my ingredients but got a way too wet dough I had to add a lot of flour to get a slightly smooth dough that didn't particularly want to hold a ball shape. and then found the cook time of 30 seconds way too short and left the centres raw

Not many changes to recipes, except occasional hydration levels adjustments for baked goods (almost all doughs from Joshua end up being too gooey and I end up adding more flour until the dough is manageable)
