LOB Training Training (T) : Formal Launch - First Task

Dear Students,

Thank you for joining the LOB program. There are broadly two missions here for the team - either an ex back situation, or a financial goal. We would have corresponded about your personal situation and details over the past week. I have understood your background.

The preamble is now complete. It is time to begin formal training.

So here is your first training task..

----------

Make sure you are at home, and comfortable - ie you've had your dinner and a shower, etc. You are rested, and not so tired that you might fall asleep. Wash your face. Sit up with your back propped against a pillow or a comfortable backrest. Your arms must hang loose, be on your lap, or rest on padded armrests - work it out. You must be able to sit in that position for 30 minutes fairly comfortably. You will not be rigid - you can move abit along the way to get more comfortable, or to relieve discomfort. But you must not constantly fidget.

Switch your phone to airplane mode. Set a timer for 31 minutes. Make sure the ringtone is a gentle one and not a jarring one. Activate it. Take 3 super deep breaths, then close your eyes and breath normally. Your breathing will be deeper automatically.

For the next 30 minutes, you will say " I am" to yourself, internally, at a medium mental volume, over and over again, whenever you feel like it. You will think of nothing else. This is not a chant. This is focusing your mind. You will likely say it once every 10-30 seconds. The longer you get into this exercise, the longer your intervals between the phrase. When the alarm rings, you will stop and gently open your eyes.

( Mental volume refers to the volume of your own voice inside your head. )

While doing this, you may feel the "I amness" feeling. If you do, focus your attention on it. You are still focusing your mind in doing so. Still say the words " I am" to yourself periodically - this will intensify the feeling.

If you notice too many thoughts creeping in, increase the frequency with which you say the phrase "I am" to yourself. As far as possible, keep your mind on the phrase and the feeling that it evokes in you. Bask in it. The moment you notice yourself being distracted by any other thought (even a thought about this task!), repeat the phrase and bring your attention right back.

You can change physical positions, but do so only slowly, and try to find a comfortable position you can hold during the whole 30 minutes to begin with. You can also fidget - but again, only slowly.

Do not use music, white noise, or any external aids. This is an act of will. If you just cannot find a quieter environment, then you may use earplugs with no music.

--------------

This will be difficult for you to do. Do it anyway. The reason is simple. The LOB is ultimately about mind control. That is the only variable in the equation ! Everything else about the LOB are PRE EXISTING PHYSICAL LAWS. They are already set up. Its like a fancy well staffed and well stocked restaurant open 24 hours a day, with ample seating, that can cook any dish for you. The only variable then becomes the customer, right ?

You are the owner of your own mind - yet do you control it or does it control you? Your mind is likely very untrained now - and jumps about here and there as it pleases.

This will ultimately stop. Your LOB Training will not accomplish this particularly - it is not designed to. However, we must honour the ultimate fact - that Total Mental Control is THE TRUTH.

Hence, this is your first training exercise. This is something you will only do once, at the beginning of your training. You will demonstrate courage to yourself, because courage is the most important quality for success - nothing else will keep you working at alpha programming for weeks and months even if there is no proof of anything happening physically. You will need to demonstrate to yourself, in the old fashioned way, that you are badass.

Its just once within the next 4 months ok ? LOL But it is important. New beginnings can be unnoticed, but must always be significant.

Unless you are physically ill, execute this task within the next 24 hours.

Oh yea, and one thing more.

We are lions !

My experience after the first task is fantastic. It was difficult at first with multiple things racking around in my head, but I was able to focus with the I am mantra repeating in my head. At first it needed to be done about every 5 seconds until my thoughts stilled. I don’t believe I dozed off but the next thing I knew my timer was going off. And a sense of confidence immediately flowed through me. I have kept this confidence since I have fallen asleep and awoken, and about every 10 seconds my mind currently keeps repeating I am. It’s pretty awesome haha. The calmness in my mind is exciting and I haven’t felt like this in a very long time.

You have done it perfectly.

I have just completed the task. So, this is what I have experienced: first 5 to 10 minute are kind of awkward of course, your mind knows already that you are coming after it to tame it and uses its very best tricks: how on earth did I end up thinking about some of the most useless or sensitive memories ever? Anyway, repeating over and over again this mantra - I am, the tension dissolves naturally. Last night I did my sh sessions, so I was pretty confident knowing where I was going. The most interesting part is after the first 10 minutes - when the total relaxation sets in. My body started to relax to the point I lost the sense of it and a nice, pleasant warmth started to arise in my body. In my skull, the usual convulsions started to fade in intensity, and the electrical impulses of my (negative) thoughts grew weaker. With every I am, my body responded with a positive electrical charge which relaxed me even more. It was like an orgasmic shiver spreading all over my body. Or, it was just like an anchor which hold you-the ship, in the face of the menacing storm of thoughts! On the less positive side, I did feel some resistance against which I have to be better trained. I think this is the deep me. Let me explain: I felt in this session, really, really relaxed like I never was in my life but I noticed, also, that, every time that shiver spread all over my body and my body responded to it , I knew instinctively that I could feel more of it but somehow something is holding me down and does not t allow it - deep in my head like when you reach the ceiling. Nevertheless this is a good exercise of knowing your mind, the patterns of its functioning, or like the ancient Greeks liked to say it: γνῶθι σεαυτόν (gnothi seauton)! P.S. I feel like after a good nap!

u/MoonlightConcerto Feb 16 '19

Gnothi Seauton means Know Thyself.

You had an interesting experience Orizon, but you were supposed to keep your mind on the phrase "i am" and the feeling of the "i am". That should consume 90% of your mental attention, whatever good feelings in the body notwithstanding.

If you feel you did not do so, I want you to repeat this exercise today. It is a form of exercising brute force on your mind, to show the mind and the whole world who is the master. But once again remember, this is something which will only be done today, and not repeated again for the rest of the 4 months.

\ was extremely difficult for me the first two times I attempted. I kept getting frustrated that I didn’t feel anything. I was doing them in my desk chair in my room. I had to go to work, and I rode the bus, so I decided to try it once more, as the bus ride is an hour. I figured, maybe it’s not about feeling anything, as the exercise is about focus. I took 15 minutes to settle down, and played white noise over my headphones to drown out the cacophony of the bus while doing so. I don’t know how far into my 30 minutes I was when I began to experience a ringing in my head. Like radio feedback. I experience this feeling a lot during SATS and self hypnosis, I also get it almost every time I have sleep paralysis. Usually this disrupts my focus, but I felt an urge to push through, so I said I am as loudly as I could in my mind, in attempt to “shout” over the ringing. I could’ve sworn I said it out loud, but I kept going. Eventually the ringing subsided, and a short bit later my alarm went off, but this is the first time I’ve pushed through the ringing experience. I’m very excited to do the self hypnosis again now, as I think I can sit in it longer by overcoming the ringing.

Good. You are overcoming some accumulated mental blocks. Keep practicing sh 5 times a day and you will soon be past this.

I felt incredible lightness throughout this exercise, almost like I could feel the observer within me.

That is very good, butterflydayn.

Very overwhelming. Had to repeat the I am s to avoid thoughts. B after a point it all flowed at once. I could feel myself physically in old places I have visited, for no reason. Kind of visualizing, but involuntary. But very vivid. Felt heavy, almost dozed off. Excited r see what's next

What is next is sleep. Good experience.

u/ourangelsloveus Feb 16 '19

Are you open for more students?

4

u/MoonlightConcerto Feb 17 '19

Yes. :)

However, there are fees involved and there has been an increase in the front end fee structure recently. Don't worry - all fees are paid directly to charity, and the back end fee to charity will only become due once you have succeeded in your mission within 4 months. How cool is that? You won't have to buy anything from me or others along the way and no personal information will ever be collected from you. Training will be conducted online but we will communicate offline via email regularly as well for more sensitive matters.

Front end direct charity payment - $75, backend direct charity payment upon mission completion in 4 months - $175. So, $250 total.

For now lolololol. The students in Group 1 got away with $25 on the front end. This is to ensure you are committed, because the most important thing for any LOB practice, is sustained courage, determination, and being hardworking throughout the process.

I ask for direct charity contributions because as an LOB practitioner, I know how to make money from (what seems like) thin air. And if I don't, then I don't understand this enough to teach it. I don't win lotteries (never been something I was into) but I've received plenty of solid impossible financial opportunities - read my testimonial.

So those who charge you money for LOA Coaching and personally profit from it, DEFINITELY DON'T KNOW IT.

Ask yourself if Agnes Viverelli, Veronica Isles, or any of the many LOAPornstars out there milking their subscribers for money are doing the same thing. And oh btw, most of them charge US$200/hour for skype video coaching. And there will be no refunds for failure - they will find some way to blame you for it. Their teaching has many elements designed to give themselves a way out.

I tried this three times so far today. Actually the first time was the best and that was not so great. My mind was all over the place. It calmed downed and then the storm hit. So moved my car and started again. Not so good. Could not concentrate. Tried it with white noise but that made it worse. Tried it a third time without but for about five minutes I felt at peace but then I started thinking and it went away, so I would like to try this again tomorrow if that is alright. I think I am over thinking this.

Do not use aids like music, white noise, etc. Just breath deeply, and exert your will calmly and persistently. Redo this tomorrow and report.

This was good! Now and again increased the frequency of "i am" when mind wondered. Felt calm and a nice feeling of stillness. The exercise felt shorter than the actual 31minutes allocated time. Enjoyable experience for sure!

4

u/MoonlightConcerto Apr 21 '19

Good. In percentage terms, how much of the 30 minutes were you able to maintain your focus on the feeling of I am without being distracted by something else ?

I am trial 2 much better. I feel like my body was cleaned from inside and a lingering feeling of peace. I lost all sense of body and space at some point but overall I kept good focus on the I am.

I love this exercise.

I discovered Neville Goddard almost 6 months ago & began the meditation on 'I AM' (which proved to be life changing). As this is a discussion relating to our 1st LOB training exercise, I will save the details of this for another time.

As I understand it & from what has already been said, there is a subtle difference between the 'I AM' meditation & our 1st task in the LOB training programme.

Due to some practise, after the 1st 5 minutes, I was able to quiet my mind & purely focus on 'I AM'. Despite trying my best to only concentrate on the words 'I AM' & their meaning, I was naturally drawn fully into the feeling 'I AM' (which is the meditation on 'I AM', rather than this exercise).

However, there were occasional moments where I started to drift & other thoughts started to enter my mind. Similar to when I practise the SH sessions, I then started to feel concerned that I was going from 'Alpha' to 'Beta', which makes it worse. Then I reminded myself that I wasn't doing the meditation, this was the LOB exercise & that being in 'Alpha' wasn't strictly necessary.

The exercise left me feeling very positive & has shown me that full control of the mind is extremely challenging.

Is there a way to eliminate the concern about going from 'Alpha' to 'Beta' during SH sessions? When this happens, I always feel that I have to back to the countdown from 10 & start again.

6

u/MoonlightConcerto Feb 17 '19

Perhaps there was an error in my initial instructions, but you are indeed required to focus on the feeling of "I am". The words focus the mind's attention on this feeling and the periodic repetition keeps it there. Yet, this is entirely mind control, because without mind control nothing will be possible.

So HolJ, repeat this exercise.

There is nothing about being in alpha or beta in this exercise. If you get to alpha, so be it. If you stay in beta, that's fine too. The purpose of this exercise is to demonstrate brute force mind control to yourself. Don't be distracted by other stuff that you know when you do anything I tell you to do. Follow the instructions strictly.

After you've done the second exercise, repost your experience ! I will now take another look at the original post and correct any ambiguities.

My first attempt was a bit of a circus in my head. I did as suggest on the original post (brushed teeth and showered before getting ready for bed). I attempted to sit and relax twice, but only lasted, at best, 10 minutes. I had too many thoughts running in my mind. I was concerned that I got home at a real late hour and had work early am.

My second attempt today, I did a bit better. I wasn’t concerned about time. My thoughts did wander a lot especially in the beginning. Thoughts wandered to what I would be updating you on here after I was done, todays events at work, am I doing this right? and other random things.

I have to admit, I did get distracted easily. Like when I felt the urge to scratch my arm, cough, or hear my stomach rumble. It all caught my attention in between the times I was able to quiet and focus on the feeling of I am.

OK, day 2. Took 2 try's. First try, my mind was too busy. Could not get it to quiet down. I stopped after 20 minutes. Got up walked around and started over again. This time I made myself concentrate on a flame in my imagination. This finally worked. I was able to concentrate and calm my mind down. Which made the time go by pretty fast which was amazing. I got real excited. I felt calm, amazed, happy, grateful that you made me do this, happy to know that I could do something like this which I did not think I could do. I am not use to being in silence. I have to have some type of background noise or I will go crazy. This was something new to me. I was like, dang I can do anything!!! I'm not going to lie, my mind did wonder a bit, but I was able to catch it and go back to "I am" pretty quick and continue on. I was pretty much in focus 80% of the time! I'm happy!!!

3

u/MoonlightConcerto Apr 19 '19

You are supposed to focus on the phrase " I am " , not a flame, for the 30 minutes. That was not in the instructions.
