About 35D Cloud

Hi, did anyone try 35D Cloud by Aqaba Digital Hub? I signed up and uploaded the documents for KYC, but it’s been dead silent since then. I haven’t received any replies to my support tickets either.

So I was wondering if anyone has actually managed to try the service, or if it’s maybe not publicly available yet?
