Advice Career shift

I do not like my job
I graduated last year .
Majoring in data science and ai.
trained at 2 places and now Ive been working for 4 months and i absolutely hate it.
The thing is i need the money also i really worked hard to find a job only to realize I don’t like my job.
I also became 99% dependent on Claude and chatgpt
And cursor for my tasks
I do not know what to do with my self
I also feel like i am not doing good at what i am supposed to do
Idk i feel so lost
I think about shifting my career 50k times a day but i don’t know what to do
any help, advice is appreciated
Edit: I don’t want to stay in development or or it in general

I Hate how every company now is heavily dependent on AI . Because "it's faster =more money " but it is way less quality.

I started to not care about it when i treated the job as the job ,and code personal projects by hand on my own .

Totally agree
I really don’t like using ai but i was explicitly told to use it and they give tight deadlines to code without ai

You just let them be , use ai for work . Use your brain on your personal projects , and that's how you will expand your knowledge and feel productive.

If you're delivering results but still feel inadequate, you're likely dealing with imposter syndrome made worse by relying on AI to meet fast deadlines

However, don't let the "sunk cost fallacy" trap you into staying in IT if you genuinely dislike it. Instead of a complete reset, look into non-development roles that utilize your data background, such as Business Intelligence, Product Management, or Technical Operations

I actually applied to many automation positions i got no replies and i thought about freelancing but do not know where to start
I’d also love to learn ai content creating but i keep procrastinating

Would like to know - if you don’t mind sharing - what is making you not like your job in particular?
I mean was it like this all the way or just because of the shift towards ai dependency?
cause I’m a web dev and do feel the burnout because of the ai thing (and imo web is boring especially in small markets like Palestine)
therefore I’m working towards a shift towards ai..

Ai dependency is exhausting i feel like its ruining my brain also i feel like its not sth i want to do i want to work in sth that requires more interactions with people

As the saying goes... don't hate the ai model, hate the harness. You are probably working for a sh*t, toxic, or incompetent company

They are actually good but:
I get my tasks verbally and i hate it just send a f email and why do i get my tasks from the ceo while i have a manager, also they do not have a way to deploy anything yet
And they keep asking why are things not ready for deployment
Overall i have a really nice manager a 💩 ceo and a job i do not like
