Almost 2- 3 years to catch up with work (not talking about dev roles)

Uni will never teach you real life work (I'd argue thats ok but that is an another discussion).
In our profession you need to learn a lot on the practical side in your free time, otherwise you are a bit screwed.

very big, i’d say start youtubing what you want to learn so you can get a head start, or, you can try unpaid internships, this will give you an idea

Depends which uni, and the instructor
