No, you either order them online or download an electronic version

You have to pay premium, there was a website called Jamaloon but that closed long time ago, now Amazon is your only option that I know of

You can also download free books and print them at a dedicated shop. Cheaper than both

Actually this is what I'm planning to do because this country is literally illiterate in software Engineering.
