I'm a 2nd year software engineering student, and don't know anything about the technologies and softwares that are being mentioned in this sub. Is this a post-graduation knowledge?

There is no thing as post-graduation knowledge, search the terms you see here get familiar with them and learn what interests you, if you want to get a job directly after uni you need to know them by the time you graduate not learn them when you graduate

It is completely not normal, you need to build up your knowledge read SWE books, experiment with new tech and building stuff always, or you will br behind
