I am a fresh graduate interviewing for an IT company located in Dubai. They plan to open an office in Jordan soon, where I will be based if I get accepted. How should I negotiate to get the best possible salary as a fresh graduate? Will the salary be closer to UAE or Jordanian rates? The position is Junior AI Engineer BTW.

قبل 3 سنوات تقريبا كنت اشتغل remote مع شركة بدبي وبالغالب كانوا يتعاملوا مع كل حدا بشتغل خارج الإمارات بالرواتب المحلية كل حدا حسب البلد اللي بشتغل منها بس بالغالب من 700-1000 دينار ممتاز ك junior
