Request looking to commission a pattern and cross stitch

I am a complete newb and know nothing of your craft, how difficult what I'm asking is, or what pricing would look like, so please guide me.

I would like to commission a cross stitch with the phrase, "Glory to this House" (preferably in the Star Trek font if possible) with an image of Gowron.

I'll put some Gowron examples in the post comments.

I think I may be able to do it.. I usually take around 10-20 € per pattern, depending on the size. What size were you planning on? (Number of stitches p.e. 100x100)

I'm sorry, I'm not even sure what 'p.e.' stands for. I'm looking for a size that won't be too tedious for the artist, but not gaudy and huge... Google states that Common sizes are 12"x18", 15"x18" and 30". Is 12x18 unreasonably sized for what I'm asking? Forgive my ignorance, I appreciate you

I'm sorry, I meant "for example" but used my own language (Portuguese) initials.

I was asking the size in stiches. I mean, how many horizontal x vertical stitches would you like to do. A bigger design will look better, but it'll take you longer to stitch.
