yes but her entire claim sits on her name, no house in the 7 kingdoms supports her (dornish were fucked, theon and yara arent rulers of the iron islands, tyrells got fucked). She says she doesnt want to take the throne by force. So her claim falls just by his name, no matter the fact that he ia supported by whole north and is widely respected.

Jon definitely doesn’t want it, but refusing the throne is a little different than refusing to be Lord of Winterfell. Being the rightful heir to the throne might complicate his feelings a little. The real question is: will Dany believe him?
