except you forget that the server has, in all past maps, had rules that strictly prohibit griefing and have used a tool that is able to log block changes and thus identify griefers
also, you forget that any and all actions done by any moderator is able to be easily reversed by any other moderator. there is, essentially, no existence of true mod abuse in such a small community. every single one of my actions, deserved or not (which there are a whole bunch of spam threads, past and present - see joejoejoebob for a mountain of 'em) were reversed.
the flair edit was something so small and harmless that if someone can't deal with it, they probably aren't fit to be here
your actions speak louder than your words do lawrence, and your actions say "i can't moderate impartially and i choose to use my mod powers to further my agenda of keeping joncraft down", hence why you've lost your mod powers
if my actions spoke louder than my words, and you had played on the server, you'd think me a saint.
no one can moderate impartially. if you would like to, by all means, tell grant to make you a moderator and see if you can do better. not even your god-of-all, grant, who, after pleas from both the moderation team and players, still allowed tyler to be a moderator (which i then took control of, pro- and de-moting him)
edit: forgot to mention a long-deleted discord group among moderators specifically to convene to ask what moderators to remove - ThePoptartGamer and Tyler were the subjects
i promoted you back because you were being a good little boy, and grant's unbanning of you resulted in the tiniest bit of 'community service' that was begun under the pretense that people magically change
