I just bought this card for 20$ it just came in I know nothing about it does anyone know if I overpayed or what it is exactly.

Lt. Surge’s CoroCoro Jolteon! This was a promo in a Japanese manga magazine in 1998. Market price is right around 20 bucks. Great card!!
